- 09 813 6192 How We Work Step 1) Call us to make an appointment for your free consultation with international award winning kitchen designer Morgan Cronin. At this consultation Morgan will discuss your brief and get as much information as possible to establish your individual requirements for the space in terms of function, aesthetics and budget. You can look at examples of previous works we've completed in Morgan's portfolio. Based on these discussions Morgan will be able to give you an approximate price he'd expect your new kitchen to cost. If at this point you are happy to proceed, Morgan will either require a copy of your house plans or he'll do an extensive measure of the existing space available. An invoice will then be sent to you( along with a contract to sign) for an initial deposit of $1750.00 +GST. This will be credited off the cost of your new kitchen when you place an order but is non- refundable if you should decide not to proceed. Step 2) Once Morgan has completed an initial design for you he will return to explain the plans to you and discuss the layout so you will gain a clear understanding of his ideas and recommendations, together with the rational behind them. From here the plans can be finetuned and products can be agreed on for accurate pricing. Step 3) Morgan will return with a fixed quotation for your kitchen based on the refined plans. If you wish to place an order a 10% deposit is required before any drawings are released. If required, further amendments can then be made to your plans before copies are issued to all appropriate parties. Step 4) Delivery of your individually made Cronin Kitchen will be approximately 6 to 8 weeks from order or from when your site allows us to get accurate measurements. There may be some seasonal variations but an accurate date will be given when you place your order. Morgan will arrange to meet with you, your builder, plumber and electrician on site to insure every detail is considered. An installation date is mutually agreed and continued liaison between our team and your contractors monitors the conditions and progress of the site. Step 5) Once your home is at a stage were Morgan can do an exact site measure using the latest technology, the construction of your kitchen can begin. Your kitchen will be fully assembled in our factory for you to inspect before it can be delivered to site or our polisher. The actual installation of your cabinetry is likely to take between 3 to 5 days. Once the cabinetry is fitted actual templating can be done for your bench tops. After the templates are done temporary bench tops can be fitted if required while your bench tops are being produced. Conclusion Our kitchens are individually constructed to suit each clients unique design. This takes time, we only use the best quality materials and hardware available, therefore our kitchens are not the least expensive. However, our reputation has been built on client recommendations and award winning design, not expensive advertising campaigns. Morgan is the only person designing and selling the kitchens we build. You are not paying commission to sales people and we don't have expensive showrooms. All this means you're paying for quality product at a realistic price. Generally our kitchens cost $35,000 to $70,000 + GST plus appliances. Our growing number of clients, especially recommendations and repeat orders, gives us the confidence that we are providing an unbeatable investment for our clients.
